This is an interview of Dexter Taylor in phone interview with Frei, a (ex) Canadian Lawyer who works with Barnes Law on some of these projects.

For those who have not read about Dexter Taylor, he has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for guns he built himself in the prison called NY. In his trial the Judge made a statement that the 2nd Amendment does not exist in her court as this is NY.

Dexter actually built the firearms himself that he is convicted of illegally own. He has machinist skills, is articulate, and is a Ham Radio Operator.

This need some publicity. So call congressmen. The Constitution and the 2nd amendment applies to all states and must be defended.

Wonder if her ruling applies to all amendments?

2A does not exist here?
What a clown. Obviously didn’t pay attention in her law classes.
Or more probably she doesn’t believe in the Constitution, like her idol Obama.
In a just world she would be disbarred.

Why are states allowed to infringe in the first place? I see this as a problem that the Supreme Court has failed to deal with effectively.

Also sentenced by a radical marxist judge who declared the second amendment (hence entire constitution) has no place in “HER courtroom.”

ComDems do not believe the rule of law applies to them.

They can do whatever that they want.

That must be corrected.

She might fit in judging livestock.

Not a judicial judge.

🤣 Not even sure she qualifies for livestock either, because who knows what biases she has against them, even if livestock is not mention in the Constitution.

She may believe that everyone should eat insects. 🤣

Well, in that case she can be an insect harvester and eat them herself.

Head shake.

Still more #ComDem_Insanity!

👍

But don't believe for a moment that Democrats are insane, they are pure evil, as are a lot of RINOs. Both know exactly what they are doing. If you don't know what they are doing you had better start researching by starting with Agenda 2030 while keeping in mind that they are evil as you read it.

Furthermore, it appears that the devices in question never left his house.

We really need to support this case.

Yep.

And As Dexter points out, if the police don’t have a weapon in their possession, the serial number does them no good. Likewise if they do have the weapon, they don’t use the serial umber to determine whether it was used in the crime.

It’s just part of a harassment scheme to violate civil rights.

Our various levels of government, from the Feds on down, are getting entirely too comfortable with the idea of creating political prisoners.

Dexter, the J6 folks, possibly even Trump.

This leads directly to violence.

SCOTUS needs to head this off at the pass.

Actually, I meant this is a bad prosecution.

The guy did, supposedly, have a lot of parts, about $10,000 worth, but that's the DA's estimate and is it, even, true?

Let's say he had enough stuff to build 10 ARs and 10 pistols, that's not outrageous, at all.

The 2nd Amend says "The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed".
