The juror in question should say two things: “It’s illogical.”, and “I vote Not Guilty.”.
Other than that, he or she should just wait patiently until told: “You can go home now.”

The juror in question should say two things: “It’s illogical.”, and “I vote Not Guilty.”. Other than that, he or she should just wait patiently until told: “You can go home now.” The other members of the jury will talk to the press about one 'difficult' guy who refused to convict. It will take the press all of 30 seconds to figure out who that juror was.

They could get rid of one juror by saying he/she is causing trouble or some such lie and then replace him/her with an alternate that is more to their liking.................
