I believe that 2 people on the jury are lawyers.
In my opinion, if those 2 lawyers see this as “beyond a reasonable doubt”, they ought to be disbarred.
Michael Cohen is a lawyer too, so don’t hold your breath on that one.
As a litigator for 39 years, I can’t believe that either lawyer would lend his name to a verdict arising from such an utter travesty of the trial system. My hope is that they both are saying to themselves, “Did this judge even go to law school” and will pour him out.
This would presumably be the New York Bar. They’re safe.
