Likely Very high but Biden would have his “Trump is a convicted felon “ campaign talk
Probably ZERO before the election. This will go to a NY appeals court, which will certainly uphold the third-world kangaroo. It will have to hit a federal court for a chance.
Almost certain. Like another poster said, this is for democrat campaign purposes.
I think there will be a guilty verdict because I think the jurors have been screened in advance. and key defense testimony has not been admitted. Biden and the MSM will say nothing except “Guilty Felon”. It will be overturned on appeal, but that won’t happen until the election is over.
With the outrageous number of reversible errors "judge" Merchan has committed during the entire course of this trial, it should be 100%
The goal here is to sully Trump with the "convicted felon" label prior to the election. The Democrats are in desperation mode to stick it to Trump. That's why the corrupt judge has kept his thumb on the scale the whole trial in order to ensure the jurors are highly encouraged to vote guilty.
I'm not a lawyer but I believe only federal trials require a unaminous verdict among the jurors (or otherwise its hung) and that states do not necessarily require the jurors to be unaminous to convict - crazy as it sounds.
100,000%.
But that's not the point of this case. Merchan knows he has shown great bias. He doesn't care. The only thing he wants is to let the Democrats call Trump a convicted felon, get a video of him in handcuffs, and -- their fondest wish -- to imprison him during the upcoming campaign season.
What are the chances a guilty verdict will be overturned on appeal?

100%
But meanwhile, DJT rots in Rikers and cannot campaign, for all the good it would do him, as any appeal process could take past January and maybe, even a year or more before the process would be done.
There will be no debate. Nor will DJT be elected - who’s going to vote for a convicted felon sitting in some prison for President - a President that would preside not from DC, but from some prison until his appeal process finds him innocent?
Obama/Biden gets another 4 years to finish destroying the USA.
Very good, I’d say.
My question would be, will he be jailed if a guilty verdict is reached, or will he be allowed to stay out while the appeal is processing?
How quickly can this be overturned on appeal
