My lower back is in good shape, thanks to the back brace, but my upper back, shoulders, and elbows always ache. Not much I can do about that. They’ll be fine when I wake up tomorrow so it’s no biggie.
I’m so glad you discovered that brace. Wish it covered the upper back, too, but I think the lower back pain was what was acute and so very painful.
We were “supposed” to get rain today. Fffft! But it is about 75 degrees and it feels great. The kitties sure seem much happier after the sun goes down.
