I believe the trolling was lost on you when Putin made the point Zelinski is no longer recognized, now or ever by Russia. Of course Z-man did this to himself making crude personal attacks on Putin.
Putin is trolling you. He is saying there is going to be a new government in Ukraine to recognize and he will be doing the recognition of which.
Now about that 300,000 man force headed for Kiev in the near term. I guess General Dictator Zelinski will pull all the soldiers from the North, East and South to defend Kiev; lightening strikes twice in 3 weeks.

No, Putin said that as Zelensky's term has expired, Ruslan Stefanchuk, the chairperson of the Ukrainian congress, first in the line of succession, is the lawful president, pursuant to the Ukrainian constitution.
That may be Putin's way of saying that Zelensky is no longer in the picture for Russia regarding negotiating Ukraine's surrender or a ceasefire.
