I can kind of see his point. Repubs tend to "get er done" when there's no chance of it actually happening. We know there are RINOs(dems really) and with barely a majority, it's all kabuki. The house is writing and sometime passing bills but it's futile because dem senate and dem president. It's all kabuki in an election year.
As far as exposing squishes, we already know who they are based on prior voting patterns. All the slim repub majority can do is use the power of the purse. There's your "expose". Which ones just funded the FBI?
