Would it be uncharitable to think of going in with flamethrowers and burning this infestation out instead of suppressing the fire?

I live in Olympia, just a couple of miles from “the Jungle.” Fortunately, the freeway runs between us.

That’s attempted murder on arguably the most valuable members of our society by the worst dregs of humanity. Homeless in camps like that are often drug addicted thieves, aids ridden and often ANTIFA sorts.
Not ALL the homeless just the ones trying to kill the first responders.

At least one of the firefighters recorded the confrontation and police were able to identify one of the people they say was involved. Weeks later, Timothy Matson Jr. was arrested, and charged with third-degree assault, which is a felony. Matson has a criminal history with felonies, misdemeanors and 12 arrests. In court, prosecutors asked for a $7,500 bail. The court lowered the amount to $5,000 bail.
That’s a start. Now, if they can only keep him caged up for the next few years!
