But the left can fly fag flags all they want...
I have new neighbors on either side of my home in FL and both are from Mass. Both have flag poles. One has had an American flag on top and a Gadsden flag below. The other has an American flag on top and a USMC below. I need to get a flag pole too.
I just don’t get it! The progressive left said that Jan 6 was an indication that our Democracy is at risk. So Alito’s flying an upside down flag merely confirms that. So, what’s the big deal?
“Since the perverted traitor was ‘elected’ I place all postage stamps on outgoing mail upside down!”
Back when it meant “I Love You”.
The Washington Post, that bastion of conservatism, has debunked this Alito flag story. It turns out Mrs. Alito was responsible for flying the flag upside down, and it had to do with some dispute with a neighbor. It was not a political message at all.
Some flags erroneously have the word “an” starting the phrase. I don’t know where that comes from.
“John Locke used the Appeal to Heaven phrase in his work, Two Treatises of Government.: “What is my Remedy against a Robber, that so broke into my House? Appeal to the Law for Justice. But perhaps Justice is denied, or I am crippled and cannot stir, robbed and have not the means to do it. If God has taken away all means of seeking remedy, there is nothing left but patience. But my Son, when able, may seek the Relief of the Law, which I am denied: He or his Son may renew his Appeal, till he recover his Right. But the Conquered, or their Children, have no Court, no Arbitrator on Earth to appeal to. Then they may appeal, as Jephtha did, to Heaven, and repeat their Appeal, till they have recovered the native Right of their Ancestors, which was to have such a Legislative over them, as the Majority should approve, and freely acquiesce in.”

What they are really upset about is the Heaven part.... They want hell.
It’s certainly not “unAmerican,” but it does create a legal conflict for the Justice.
The First Amendment only limits one group of people; The Congress.
Read it:
Amendment I (1791)
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Individuals, states, and local governments are not limited. Congress is and Congressmen are not limited from having religious objects or expressing religious opinions. Cities, state governments, and Federal lands and buildings are not prohibited from having the Ten Commandments or a cross or a menorah or a crescent moon and star or manger scene. Prohibiting these are a misinterpretation of the First Amendment.
State and local governments could even specify or ban religions if their constituting documents don’t prohibit it.
Too many people have never read the Constitution and do not know that most of what the Federal Government is doing is not Constitutional.
Anything Creates a conflict for conservatives. Nothing creates a conflict for communists.
“They need to go somewhere else,”
Yes!!! I’ve said it before. Why should we let these creeps have even an inch of our beloved land that our ancestors worked so hard to build? My “If I were King” wish is to kick them out like we did the Tories in 1783. Let them go to Canada, or Mexico, or Africa, or Europe. We could be generous and even pay their fares.
Why should this not create a conflict for the communists on the court?
I’m a public figure in my community and I have never flown a flag from my house. Not even the United States flag. Because of nonsense like this. I have all that I can handle as it is already.
And you need to know that my residence is in an overwhelmingly left-wing Democrat district.
Yep! 100%
FJB awesome.
Well, I don’t have those but I have these. I flying them from the ship now. The smaller is Don’t Tread on Me.
