Yes, Biden must know that there will be a guilty verdict.

So what's he going to say? Praise the jury, gloat over the verdict, taunt Republicans for being about to nominate a felon?

If there is a guilty verdict (almost certain), millions of people will be outraged. The Democrats' aim may be to provoke "insurrections" (maybe with FBI agents as agents provocateurs at Trump rallies), with the arrested Trump supporters given the same treatment as the January 6th defendants.

According to a legal pundit on Fox, even if the judge orders prison for Trump, he would be free on bail during the appeal according to New York law.

Of course they haven't followed normal procedure in this case so far, so I'm not sure if that's right. But the judge might decide that immediate incarceration would be a bridge too far.

Reading the latest May22-28 Epoch Times article: Iran Sets Election Date After President Dies in Helicopter Crash, pp A1 & A9, I was struck by the following paragraph...

“Under the Islamic Republic’s system, candidates must be vetted by the Guardian Council, which effectively means that only those who have the approval of the regime will have a chance to become president.”

Isn’t that pretty much what the Obama/Biden regime have been working to implement here, with Biden as current fake president and Obama running the Guardian Council (aka the Department of Justice among other supporting three letters).
