Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) — also known as AOC — said the “quiet part out loud,” in the eyes of former President Donald Trump and his supporters: that the business records trial sparked by Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against him is keeping him off the campaign trail.
After the Trump campaign announced this week that Trump was doing an event in the South Bronx on Thursday evening, Ocasio-Cortez told reporters he was doing so because the trial was keeping him tied up in New York.

Her remarks validated Trump’s repeated assertions that the charges brought against him by Bragg were an attempt to keep him tied up in court and off the campaign trial and interfere with the 2024 presidential election.

AOC admits the Democrat’s Lawfare against Trump is like an electronic ankle monitor limiting his ability to campaign.
That’s called election interference baby girl.

Trump has previously made other stops in the Bronx, including once to a bodega where a store clerk was arrested after defending himself against an attacker, and another time to visit construction workers.

Opinions will vary on the proper amount of exposure Trump needs this go-round. But I certainly don’t want him to “shut up” because he speaks for me what I want to speak for myself. I do speak, but precious few hear me.
I do not like Trump as a person, not one bit. Right now I plan on leaving the POTUS space blank on my ballot, but if the situation in Israel gets worse, I will vote for Trump. Usually my vote goes to the best 2A candidate, but this year it may go to the pro-Israel candidate.
Opinions vary, too, on liking/disliking Trump. I like him.
I get it about voting pro-2A and pro-Israel. I personally think that the razor-sharp ideological divide is much broader than those 2 issues (although they are certainly included).
In the broader picture, the ideological divide is basically over Marx/Freud/Darwin, on the one side, as over against the Bible and Constitution, on the other. The former position is entirely fantasy and insanity. The latter is reality and sanity. As Kipling said, “Never the twain shall meet”.
Thank you for fixing me.
I appreciate it.
