Following former President Donald Trump's complaints that President Joe Biden authorized deadly force during the search of Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in 2022, former GOP Representative Liz Cheney of Wyoming urged Republicans in Congress to overcome "cowardice" for "what you know is right."
A court filling was unsealed on Tuesday showing briefing notes for the August 2022 Mar-a-Lago raid, which said: "Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice [DOJ] may use deadly force when necessary." Trump faces 40 felony charges stemming from the search of his Florida residence in which he's accused of keeping classified documents after leaving the White House in January 2021, and of obstructing efforts to get them returned to the proper authorities. He has pleaded not guilty to all counts and denies any wrongdoing.

But, they were specifically ordered NOT to display such markings or common identification for the MAL raid.
This policy-rule-law is to deconflict any issues if there is another agency present, otherwise, the unidentifiable agents appear to be quasi-organized active shooters. Other law enforcement agencies, private security officers, or even law abiding conceal carry permit holders may take lethal action.
I've been involved is several incidents action plans and I've never seen such a cavalier attitude towards displaying proper uniforms and identification, or the casual description or blanket permission to engage in lethal force without very specific orders and chain of command decision making protocol. In fact, I've always seen a robust statement regarding less-than-lethal use of force.
These cowboys were itching for a conflict.
My interpretation of the FBI’s response is that whenever the FBI conducts any “raid”, they are authorized to use deadly force if necessary. If the FBI had raided George Floyd, would the FBI defends its actions by saying that they were authorized to use deadly force?
I read the article. What is the question Liz is asking?
There’s a tree branch in Wyoming missing its pile of Lefty dogsqueezins.
She’s truly despicable .
Add that the FIB’s HRT was present at the Mar a Lago raid, and they were not wearing polo shirts.
Liz Cheney is easily the worst ‘daddy’s little princess’ on the scene. If she hadn’t chosen the ‘right daddy’ she’d be selling shoes at Walmart.
We wouldn’t expect less from a blood-thirsty war monger.
A platoon of FBI agents raided Mar-a-Lago as if it were Hitler’s Berghof near Berchtesgaden.
Old hag Liz worried that all of her and daddy's shenanigans are going to be brought to light?
Apparently yes. It’s on every search warrant. However, they should have taken it off the two presidents at least. Black marker would have been fine.
Liz Cheney...Liz Cheney...didn’t she USED to be somebody?
The lizard can su...
Yes, it does.
Plan accordingly.
Does this mean the FBI can blow away anyone during an operation, with impunity?
Especially if you illegally download movies.

One thing about the FBI deadly force attempt on Trump.
Why didn’t the head FBI guy, talk to the head Secret Service guy, and simply coordinate? And why wasn’t Trump notified of a time they wanted to search? He had let them in before without any resistance at all.
I had the same response.
To quote Motley Crue, “Girl, don’t go away mad....Girl, just go away!”
if given the slightest resistance that’s exactly what it means.
Lizard. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🤮
