A law signed by President George W. Bush in 2002 the American Servicemembers’ Protection Act (ASPA), bars the United States from cooperating with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in pursuing warrants against Israel.
Moreover, the law gives authority to the president “to use all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any person … who is being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court.”
That provision applies to American personnel as well as to Israelis, and other close U.S. allies.

Good luck relying on the current junta doing anything. Israel should take the whole farce out.
I’m sure if Bibi is convicted, Biden will be all over it...
Right...
“Looks like Bush 43 did something right”
I was told a story that Bill Clinton in 2004 was in Spain and his plane was briefly detained when the ICC tried to hold him for a war crimes investigation about Yugoslavia.
Bush 43 chatted with Spain through diplomatic channels and at the same time was getting the military assets in place to go rescue Clinton.
Wise people in Spain decided that the ICC wasn’t their problem and they let Clinton and his plane depart.
Again, this is a story and nothing I can confirm.
Interesting
The IDF wouldn't let them anywhere near him.
Joe don't need no stinkin laws
An air attack on the Kangaroo court would be awesome to watch.
It should be interesting to see how Israel reacts if the UN tries to arrest and detain him.
I wonder what kind of enforcement entity the ICC has for warrants for arrest? I doubt their enforcement includes SEALs, Delta, Rangers or other exspec-ops. Maybe some ex-CIA field operatives. I'm to lazy to search and don't really care since our guys would make their guys look like Boy Scouts if our guys were activated. Of course that's a big IF under Biden, being a big NWO supporter.
Spent some time in Israel with the IDF - they are not to be trifled with.
“I wonder what kind of enforcement entity the ICC has for warrants for arrest”
I believe every country in the EU would have to turn over to the ICC any person the ICC has issued an arrest warrant for.
The ICC might also have EU countries impound vessels and aircraft used to transport weapons to Israel.
The Knesset needs to pass laws against potential judicial criminals before they try to overreach.
Again, what kind of enforcement entity does the ICC have to enforce its warrants? As for the EU, it is falling apart, especially with some participants getting fed up with their own emigration policies. While England has officially pulled out of the EU, it's too late for their culture/society. Germany, France, and some smaller nations are experiencing the same cultural death. Hell, we're encountering it in a couple of our own States.
Diversity is turning out to be a suicide policy. That's why Japan and some other nations have laws/policies against mass emigration.
USA would never recognize ICC as we would have too many of our own boys strung up in kangaroo courts.
