Donald Trump has demanded Joe Biden take a drug test before the pair face off against one another in next month's debate.
Speaking at the GOP´s annual Lincoln Reagan dinner event on Friday night in St. Paul, Minnesota, Trump suggested the resident had been on drugs when he delivered the State of the Union address in March.
Trump told his supporters he would insist Biden takes a drug test as a precondition for the debates. Donald Trump has called for President Joe Biden to take a drug test before their debates
Donald Trump has called for President Joe Biden to take a drug test before their debates President Joe Biden gave a fiery State of the Union address in March, but Trump wildly said he believes he was on drugs
'I just wanna debate this guy, but you know – and I'm gonna demand a drug test too, by the way,' Trump said to cheers.
'I am. No, I really am. I don't want him coming in like the State of the Union. He was high as a kite.'
Trump said during the State of the Union, the president's demeanor caught him by surprise.
'I said, 'Is that Joe up there?''
Trump said that that Biden 'was exhausted' by the end of the one-hour-and-seven-minute-long address.
'We're gonna demand a drug test,' Trump said again. 'He's going to be so jacked up for those, you watch.'

I understand you heard wrong, but why did you draw it so big?
but of course
Draw a 24 hour clock and then get into a fight over whether it should be noon or midnight at the top.
Well, it would explain his grip on reality!
Dementia patients have an effect called “sundowning” where they’re less capable mentally as the evening approaches.
I know all too well, mom has dementia.
Personally, I don’t think Joe is the nominee. They’ll threaten and buy off Kamala because nobody wants her. Have something like Newsom and VP Michelle Obama.
Buy off or just off. Put nothing past these power addicts, NOTHING!
Not a weird question. Elderly people can easily trip over area rugs and break a hip which can be fatal in some cases.
I know that. After three hip replacement surgeries, I had to remove all area rugs for a few weeks.
It’s nothing that needs to go in official medical / government databases. Huge over-reach.
if it meant 200,000 a year and all the free ice-cream you can eat
I’ve taken that test just to see how I would do. Only thing really gave me a hard time was count by 7’s backward starting with 97.
She mention the other day in an interview about becoming governor of California.
My regular questions before doctors visit are. Have you been depressed recently. Have you fallen down recently.
I don’t understand this clock questioning. If they don’t stipulate that 12 high is at midnight or is at high noon, it has no purpose. And what about those who have grown up with digital clocks? What a silly test for cognizance.
An assisted living facility nearby had a couple of WWII submariners retired there whose sleep times were, as old as they were, at different times in 24 hours. They’d wake say at 6PM and think it was the next morning looking at their regular clock.
Solution was putting up 24 hour military time clocks, like the ones on WWII era submarines (this was to address the fact that time underwater has no reference to “light coming up at dawn” or down at dusk etc.)
So the number at the top of the clock is “00” then 1, 2,3 etc down to the 6o’clock position on a standard clock—which is “12”. Then on up from 13:00to 23:00 hours the last marking before 00 which is the end of a 24 hour cycle.
It really helped these men know what time it really was and helped keep them less confused. They knew from that clock whether it was 3 AM in the morning or 3 PM in the afternoon.
For those non-military here is what the clock looked like:

As for drawing the clock as a mental test, I saw a poster where my father had therapy after his stroke. It had various badly drawn clocks with diagnoses. For example the patient might write the numbers randomly, or put them all on one side of the clock, or just be unable to draw the circle or join the base of the hands in the center. Different errors point to different disabilities.
The clock drawing question is to see if the elderly person can draw a round analog clock with the numbers around it in the correct relative positions. Then fill in big hand and little hand to indicate the time requested by the test.
Neurologists came up with this test years ago, because it requires people put together a whole lot of cognitive skills to both draw the clock and to position the hands at the time.
You are correct— the digital world does not allow for this cognizance to be exercised. It has been said many times that digital clocks cannot perform the function of the concept of “a future time” graphically. Why many prefer analog clocks, which really don’t do “night vs. daytime” future times in any case. See post 113 just below your comment.
There is NO WAY that I could do the alphabet backwards to a cop even while sober. Okay - I’d get “Z”, but that’s it.
“Nope - can’t do it. Lets just go straight to the breathalizer sir.”
Hur already said he isn’t competent to stand trial.
“And then there’s the doctor new patient questionnaires where they wanna know if you have any Firearms...”

I tell them that it should not be their job to identify potential home invasion
targets, as it leads people to suspect that their Doctors are compromised by
child sex traffickers, and forced to tell the traffickers who has guns to steal.
Yup, there’s way too much prying into people’s mental states and the only reason is to try to find something to use against them, most likely red flag laws to disarm them. That’s the most obvious and first thing that comes to mind.
The American people have a vested right to know whether or not their commander-in-chief is under the influence of any pharmacological medicines. There are just too many instances of him being influenced by, needing meds or otherwise.
