If you’re missing something re the agreement, you’re not alone. As to the jury, after this morning, I’ve pegged it at 3 no’s as well. If Costello testifies, all bets are off. Outright acquittal moves from 10% to … who knows. I recall how much difficulty it was for Bragg to even get a grand jury majority to vote to indict after Costello appeared as a last minute witness in late March, 2023.

There were 24 grand jurors. All Bragg needed was 13 — and even that was a mission.

I believe the judge has the object to declare it a mistrial....acquittal or whatever it’s called. And if he wants to save his soul...he should. The Dems can’t risk 5,6 or 7 folks saying “not guilty”.
