I grew up and lived in NYC from 1962 and finally escaped in 2010. Do not be surprised in the least if this jury finds Trump guilty, of what crime? Damned if I know.
I served 3 times on juries on criminal cases in NYC and the level of stupidity I had to deal with was unbelievable, people with just an absolute lack of logic and smarts. I’m talking about people if you showed them a shoe they would say it’s a hat and no matter how much evidence you showed them that it was in fact a shoe, you could wear the shoe, tie the shoe, walk in the shoe, showed the shoe box where it says SHOES, had the CEO of the shoe company come down and say “Yes, it is a shoe” they will STILL say it’s a hat.
There’s a reason NYC voted 87% democrat last November and why they have AOC and Schumer as reps, because it’s a city of absolute MORONS!!!!
A reporter at the trial said the jury looked at each other when Cohen was caught lying about the phone call.
Got it. I really hope they put him on the stand bc he’s a strong witness. You should watch the video of him from today if you haven’t seen it

Never underestimate the loyalty of communists. These minds were made up before the trial started.
After today, I would be surprised if the judge permits the case to continue once the prosecution rests.

In the 2015-2016 campaign, President Trump played the Drive-By Media like a Stradivarius. The Drive-By Media hoped to demonstrate how unelectable Trump was. Instead, he received massive amounts of free media coverage. It was glorious when he would look at and point to all of the Drive-By Media cameras and reporters at the back of an auditorium, and describe truthfully their Fake News. They realized, too late, that President Trump had used them to get his message and the truth out.
Reversible error if he refuses. Prosecution cannot claim surprise. He testified in front of the GJ.

Couldn’t agree more. I’ve been on the record from the jump as very pessimistic as regards this jury. After today, I’m thinking a hung jury is now the most likely outcome.

Ive seen Costello talk numerous times he is VERY VERY credible. He should be the ONLY witness the defense calls, let him talk directly to the jury he seems like a very warm, caring man who will tell the story from beginning to end
