No, it’s not the same. There are people behind guns, and people behind TikTok.
Both can be deadly. TikTok can influence people to kill and to kill themselves, via drug purchases. A gun can be used to kill or to defend oneself. Using a gun to kill is premeditated, while being influenced by TikTok is unexpected (for the most part). The CCP is a deadly group and it can influence people to do nefarious things, and that's its main purpose in western democracies. A gun is not nefarious; it's main purpose is for defensive purposes. The mind is where the nefarious thoughts reside, and the mind is the target of TikTok. TikTok does not target guns.

I don’t believe guns ‘think’. A gun’s main purpose is in the mind of the person using it.
I’m not disagreeing with you about the danger of TikTok - and it’s dangerous in more ways than just propaganda; I just think our lemmings will simply find another source.
