Howard University has canceled their nursing graduation ceremony after family members began smashing windows and pounding on doors after being locked out due to the venue reaching full capacity.
Parents and family members of College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences students crammed into the Cramton Auditorium in Washington, DC, on Thursday; however, some did not enter the building before the keynote speech abruptly ended the ceremony.

doubt it was oral roberts university. Its howard. D.C. swamp, didnt do nuffins and we should get good grades because reparations!! Didnt even have that guess.. next year mail the damn worthless pieces of paper... My wife graduated from Christopher Newport college RN. none of this crap happened. oh, I forgot, we are white as were most of her classmates
Don’t these schools allow a certain number of tickets per family to attend these graduation events, for the number of seats available?
When my daughter graduated from college 20 years ago the keynote speaker was Julian Bond. You can imagine how much I enjoyed that. And looking back it was pretty mild stuff compared to the crap being spread now
Dummies. They should have taken their window smashing to some store where they could have at least gotten something of value for free.
Yeah, no thanks. I’d much rather have a Filipina nurse than a Howard grad.
My daughter's graduation ceremony is next week. From previous experience, I have no doubt that will be the case.
Last week was the honors ceremony where all the seniors were honored for their individual accomplishments. Despite repeated pleas from the principal, every time certain names were called, the hooping, screeching and hollering reached high decibels and endured so long parents often could not hear the name of the next child in line.
I imagine graduation will be much worse.
Was there also a fight about missing chicken nugget dipping sauce? ‘Cause its usually a fight about missing sauce at a fast-food restaurant.
Nothing to see - just africans being africans.
OK - you win post of the day! LOL!
Sounds like a vibrant graduation!
Recently attended a medical school graduation of a close friend's daughter from a local state University. Its top a 40-50 medical school in the nation
I incorrectly assumed that at such an event, people's families would behave better. Of course, everyone had to cheer (I guess one doesn't love one's child if one doesn't) and the DEI crowd often played their over-the-top ghetto part. I found it depressing, as these students will become the top surgeons and medical managers in the USA.
Sounds like there were no limits on how many family members each graduating student could invite to attend. Recipe for a mess.
Lmao!
About 30% are behavior failures.
The most common defect is foul language use.
uh huh. these are the families of nurses who will be caring for sick people. or not.
I didn’t know Chris had disavowed the routine.
Guess we can’t blame the Commie Jihadis for this one, eh?
The closer I get to a big city the worse the behavior seems to be.
