Office buildings could be converted to large apartments easily.

Federal banking law needs to be such that state and local governments can not put federally-backed institutions such as national banks and the FDIC at risk by ‘affordable housing’ and other unrealistic requirements.

Retrofitting plumbing would be a nightmare.

"There are plumbing and fire suppression issues for conversation of office buildings into residential space."

That's just "Minor Red-Tape" problems for developers.

Here's the real problem:

NYC is Finished...(short version:move slider to 13:20 in video)

Do Dem's only have one solution for all problems? Throw more money at it?

Many "New Yawkers" are in fear of "Being seriously killed"; if they ride the subway.

So, take several lines out of service; remove all rails and everything else out. Now you have a great big "sewer pipe".

New Yawkers can now be happy when they flush, they know that Jersey and Filthydelphia needs the water.../s
