What about the most likely situation - the driver realizes they are taking a young person to their home, and makes sure that the young person gets safely home. Isn't that what you would do if you were an Uber driver?

She was 13 and wants a ride to the next town! The Uber driver doesn’t know if it is her home.
If I were the driver I would be on the phone verifying the destination and informing the parents.
BTW, another Uber driver took her to the next town without her parents knowing.
