I hope laurenmarlowe got evacuated and home safely.

The weather has been pretty wild in these parts recently. It’s crashing, booming and pouring outside again right now.

I think the drought might be over.

I’d say this Spring is the drought-buster y’all have been waiting for. Now if you could just figure out how to share a little of it with luvie, I’m sure she’d appreciate it. LOL

Good evening/morning, Allegra, and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.

Her text at 6p my time, so 9p in Texas I think...”And they just evacuated us again so I am out of here. More lightning as we speak!!!”

Family in Splendora and New Caney all have flooded yards, but homes were still dry as of yesterday. Haven’t talked to them today.

Hope you are high and dry...be safe! Hurrah if your drought is over!
