You’re quite welcome. I remember thst Kristi Noem fought the mj legalization that passed in SD. It seems to always play out in the direction of the State’s powers-that-be. If they agree on an issue (even if it’s patently un-Constitutional) they’ll let it through. If not, they’ll move heaven and Earth to find an out.
