Well, I hate to sound selfish, but at least Canada is getting rid of a few of them. We’re swamped with them up here as well, and we don’t have anyone with the guts of President Trump to promise to deport them all.
Actually, my sign says, “I LOVE MY DONALD!!”.
And he saw it one day, lol.
You crack me up norsky, thank you.

Quickly caught up on news. Death of Iranian President and other influential men in helicopter crash. Wonder if will turn out to be sabotage. Of course we’ll never know for sure, will we?
Extraordinary beautiful weather here today. The several days of rain knocked down the pollen and it was 74 degrees and sunny. Took a day off from yard work because I was sure it would be more fun struggling to get online and post here.
Doing Carnita pork butt tomorrow for Jeff. Coke & OJ. Cumin & oregano. Onions & garlic.
8-10 hrs low in crock. I won’t crisp it.
Well it’s almost 6 and I haven’t slept yet and not had connection since last post
Heavy next few days here
Daylight is breaking
I’m very aware of the advancing macular degeneration. My appointment is in July with my Ohio Opthamologist Thomas Stokkerman
I’ll be squeezing in as much as possible for the time remaining. There is no cure only suggestions for keeping disease from advancing. Apparently mine didn’t work
When you’re living with a condition like this you have several choices to the extremes one is To go completely crazy
the other to fall back and give up.
I have something in between. I’m losing my eyesight I know there are some things I want to accomplish before that happens and actually I am more praying for Jesus to come back as soon as possible. Our country our world is truly a mess.
Very sad, whatever the cause
Star Wars enthusiasts - heads up
Peter Mayhew was working as a hospital attendant at the King’s College Hospital in London when film producer Charles H. Schneer saw his photo, literally standing above the crowd around him at 7’3”. Schneer cast him in “Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger” (1977).
A year later, he was offered another role. Mayhew was given the option of either playing Darth Vader or Chewbacca in “Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope” (1977), as did David Prowse. Mayhew chose Chewbacca because he wanted to play a hero, while Prowse chose Darth Vader because he wanted to play a villain.
Mayhew kept his job as an orderly in the hospital through the first three “Star Wars” movies, but fell in love with the character. As “Star Wars” grew in fame, and he started doing more festivals and public appearances, he realized that he could actually make a living just off the personal appearances.
Mayhew fell sick during the filming of “Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back” (1980), which prompted director Irvin Kershner to bring in another extremely tall actor to fill in for him as Chewbacca. All the footage with the double was scrapped and reshot after Mayhew recovered because Irvin Kershner found that the double’s body movements did not match Mayhew’s.
“This has been the best thing that ever happened to me... I’ve been able to travel all over the world and get paid for it, I never had to pay for a thing, I can go out in public without being recognized, if I want to be recognized in public it will happen, ‘Star Wars’ was great to me, I’m set for life.” (IMDb)
Happy Birthday, Peter Mayhew!
Good morning, lysie!
Lookit that breakfast, I never sausage a thing!
You knew that one was coming!
Thank you!
Good morning, exit. You are welcome. Yes, and I would have been disappointed if it didn’t come. LOL
Oh my this dubbing vid was strange, sad about the kid, tic toc a venue for the extremes, the bug thing, I bought a plain box that said crackers at an outlet store. I could see why it was so cheap when I opened it. There was visible black shoe prints on some of the crackers. However, I was hungry at the time.
That’s a great balance, getting to walk around Incognito when you want to and getting attention when you do.
