When frightened men take to social media they risk descending into vitriol, which makes them sound unhinged. President Trump's rant against me is a barely coherent barrage of wild and inaccurate claims that should best be resolved in the American tradition of presidential debate. President Trump, who has proven himself the most adept debater in modern American political history, should not be panicked to meet me on that stage.
To preview my arguments, I will show how President Trump betrayed the hopes of his most sincere followers. He promised to end the Ukraine war and then colluded with Speaker Johnson and President Biden to fund it. He let Big Pharma and his corrupt bureaucrats run roughshod over him as President. He promised to cut the deficit and ran up the biggest debt in history. He promised to run the government like a business and then closed down our businesses. He promised to drain the swamp and then filled his administration with swamp creatures. He promised to protect our rights and then torpedoed the Constitution.
Instead of lobbing poisonous bombs from the safety of his bunker, let’s hear President Trump defend his record to me mano-a-mano by respectful, congenial debate.

RFK wants to be a surrogate debater to stand in for Biden.
Trump was too lazy to properly prepare for the biden debate in 2020, and biden, pumped up full of drugs and with his neural implant, did quite well. And I am sure Trump's handlers were typical handpicked incompetents. Once again The Stable Genius BLEW an opportunity to get it right. Then they gave him covid and tried to kill him at amy phony barrett's coming out party. He didn't get debate 2, and debate 3 was a letdown.

It actually might be good to elevate RFK as the preferred anti-Trump candidate when it is too late for RFK to replace Biden on the Dem ticket. This could split off Dem votes.
The risk is that RFK could replace Kamala if Trump makes him a star.
Why give this clown legitimacy by debating him? He’s not gonna be president. Either the demonrat or Republican nominee will. The rest is noise.

Well, first they don’t debate. They have an extended competing press conference and sometimes it is on the issues, at least one of which is the eternal gotcha question of abortion followed by something else that is equally unimportant to the vital national interest.
RFK Jr needs to debate Biden. Those two are both left wing democrats...

It’s not only that they’ve thrown every possible thing at Pres Trump and he is more popular at this moment in time than ever-
IMHO his greatest contribution is creating the contrast.
For decades they denied any bias-he acutely focused the picture.
The idea that the same won’t happen here due to a few topics seems unreasonable.
