(My opinion) : Doesn't this intentional failure to notify the FDA and the government ,itself, eliminate the indemnity liability for Pfizer and the other manufacturers ?
SV40 (Simian Virus 40) is an already known in the medical community as cancer producer, or, as noted in the article, a turbo cancer producer.
How is this NOT a violation of the Nuremberg Code ?
Given its broad international response to the alledged Covid pandemic, shouldn't this issue be directed to The Hague for resolve ?

This particular misinformation has been around for several months now.
The plasmid containing the SARS-CoV-2 cDNA uses an SV40 promoter element. A promoter is simply a short sequence in the DNA that signals the RNA transcription machinery to begin transcribing at that position. A promoter contains no genes. There are no oncogenes in the plasmid.
Part of the manufacturing process involves digesting the plasmid DNA during the mRNA purification. Any residual fragments of DNA will be very quickly degraded by the many DNA digesting enzymes found throughout the body.
