Pecans put out tassels like oaks do when they first begin to leaf out. With it being so much warmer there, I’d think the pecans would have already done their thing by now. If you do see tassels, that’s what has your allergies cranked up.
Well, I haven’t seen them and the pecan tree does have leaves, so I guess it’s another annoyance setting me off. Who knows what it is. Maybe honeysuckle. l’m sure it’s blooming now. I have one on the back yard fence.
