Why isn't anybody squatting on all of Bill Gates' land? Or the land owned by China?

a real estate agent who “doesn’t think adverse possession is immoral,” but believes that “people with no housing dying from the elements is immoral.”

The “real estate agent” should be identified and her activities reported to whatever state foolishly licensed her. No way are her views consistent with ethical standards. Her IQ must be super low.

Adverse possession laws require the owner to be aware of someone using your property as their own and not doing anything about it for an extended period of time. For instance in PA that period is 20 years.
