Wrong. You said “200 Republicans did not vote for it”. That is simply false.
Only 117 Republicans did not vote for it. And that counts the ones voting “Present” and the ones not voting at all.
I said what I said...You read it wrong...All the Republicans (about 200) did not vote for it...only about half did goes without saying...because it’s already written a few times.
