Interesting. What does the Bible say about women's sports, and athletic scholarships?

Secondly, very few women would be able to earn scholarships if they had to compete against men.

The rational disconnect here is remarkable among conservatives. When women can't compete against men in combat, we tell them they don't belong in combat. But when it comes to any other facet of life where they can't compete, we just fall back on our Bibles and tell them they should compete separately -- like they're Special Olympians?

First of all, in the field, woman can’t compete in war with men. Very few woman can pack 85-120 lbs on their back and march 30 miles. Most other females, to handle a pack would burden their fellow soldiers unfairly enough to compromise a troop’s readiness for combat. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t a role for women in combat, such as drones or supply trucks or other support roles. Just not in the field itself.

The Bible doesn’t talk about specifics and there are a thousand possibilities that you could bring up. Just simply state that you don’t believe the Bible on this point. If you are to abide by the Bible, men and women are genderized and should remain separate in their roles. That doesn’t mean that they can’t play together in non-serious ways, but for men to exercise their masculinity fully they have to be able to be free in their abilities. I don’t want to live in a culture where women can be brutalized because our culture has thrown out the idea that care must be given to women over their greater fragility. I think, if we ended up in the culture that liberals are trying to create, you wouldn’t want to live in it either.

You’re bought into the anti-feminity idea of the cultural left. That’s unfortunate. There is nothing lesser about being female. If we erase the boundary between men and women, women lose. Having the capicity for females to compete in their domain allows them to do their absolute best and have a chance of earning a medal. If you erase that, no female can win once the kids are past puberty.

The intent is to remove women’s ability to function in society, try to understand that. If this keeps going, your only safe space in society is going to be in your home.

What rational disconnect? Women generally can't compete physically with men. Therefore:

- Women shouldn't goto war fighting against men.
- Women shouldn't sport competing against men.

How are those opposite stances? If women want to sport, they should have their own without men. If women want to war, it'd be nice if they could have their own battlefield, but war doesn't work that. Sports can though. Are you saying that since women shouldn't be in combat, they shouldn't play sports at all also?
