Good for the dogwood! I'm glad the blossoms survived to give you pleasure in seeing them when you went out. When the pollen wasn't eating your lunch, that is. LOL!

Yes, these are the very tall ones. I think they got up to over 6' tall, some of them, last year. Some had the plate-sized blooms, and others had saucer sized or a bit smaller.

They are such happy flowers, and the birds were happy, too, when they went to seed.

Two varieties. Very nice. A nice splash of bright color this summer. And some very happy birds.

The dogwoods’ blossoms are pretty much spent now. No more splashes of white, pink, and red around the area now and that’s pretty much the end of blossoming trees. Now the colors are on the ground as flowers start outing on their shows. Some of the irises around the farm are beginning to bloom. Heck, there are still a few daffodils blooming. LOL
