Both articles of impeachment against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas were deemed unconstitutional by the Senate How can it be deemed "unconstitutional" by the Senate? It is in black and white in the Constitution. They are the tryers of fact. The Congress brings the articles of impeachment to the Senate and the Senate tries the case based on the articles to either convict or not convict.
The Democrats are blatantly ignoring the plain language and intent of the Constitution.
