Former President Donald Trump argued Tuesday that Jimmy Carter had a “brilliant presidency” compared to successor Joe Biden, deriding his 2024 opponent as the “worst president” in American history.
“Biden is the worst president in the history of our country,” Trump, 77, told reporters outside a bodega in Harlem where clerk Jose Alba infamously stabbed an ex-con to death in self-defense two years ago.
“Jimmy Carter’s happy because he’s had a brilliant presidency compared to Biden,” Trump added “Worse than Jimmy Carter by a long shot,” the presumptive Republican nominee for president declared.

The thing about Carter was that while he was a bad president, he didn't fundamentally change the country. No Supreme Court justices. No major legislation. Pretty much his entire tenure in office was wiped clean by Reagan.
We are still today living with the damage caused by LBJ, Clinton, and Obama. Carter? There's almost nothing to remind us of his time in Washington except Disco and Star Wars.
Biden is worse for many reasons. Not the least of which is that he has used and uses government agencies for political purposes far beyond the extent anyone previously would ever have imagined.
Secondly, he is purposely ruining America, I don’t believe Carter’s failed policies intentionally wanted to harm America to the degree Biden wants to.

Did Carter’s turning over the canal to Panama end up being a good or bad idea, given current problems there with water levels in it?
Don’t forget he created the Department of Education that turned public schools into liberal indoctrinariums.

I have to admit, though, that I was so much against Carter and then Clinton that I thought they were the worst but now their times in office both seem like “the good old days” compared with the disastrous harm done by Biden who is surpassing them.
Sobering thought. Also depressing.
Obozo and Biden are doing a great job leading America, such as; giving billions of dollars to Iran, shutting down US oil production and allowing Iran to sell billions of barrels of oil on the World market In effect Joe and Barry have funded the Middle East War which has the potential of WWIII.

Trump is not wrong.
I suspect polls are WAY wrong when they show Trump and Biden within one point of one another, and that Biden is actually within Carter territory in the polls - as he should be.
That said, there are a lot of stupid voters who, like Biden, blame Trump for the border crises, raging inflation and high gas prices - and will continue to vote for Biden.
Also, if the polls show Biden and Trump are close, it makes vote fraud easier to pull off - rather than overcoming something like a 22 point Biden deficit, which I believe is closer to the truth.
This time it's deliberate economic warfare.

I NEVER said Carter was WORSE than Biden....I said he was a HORRIBLE PRESIDENT!
One of my biggest disappointments has been the fact that Jimmy Carter survived long enough to know that he was not the worst president since at least the Civil War. Not just once (Obama), but twice (Grandpa Hairsniffer).
He was an incredibly lousy president, and the enduring legacy of his administration is everything that the mad mullahs in Iran have done and will do. He could have stopped that, very easily, but he chose not to do so.
Biden is MUCH, MUCH worse!
