IRRC, the New York criminal trial is about 34 counts of falsifying business records. What is on the tape to establish a pattern of behavior involving falsifying business records? I thought they wanted to use the comment about "grab 'em by the" privates.

There is a deluge of comments about hush money, but Trump and Daniels entered into a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Stormy Daniels gave a signed statement of January 30, 2018, denying any affair happened. She took the money and subsequently recanted. She sued Trump for defamation over his charge that the alleged event was a "total con job." She lost.

He didn’t mind the stories coming out before he ran for office.
