What was the last time you’ve read an article in a finance mag explicitly calling for shareholders to crash a stock? Not just reporting on business troubles, but begging shareholders to sell.
Bingo... that is a hit... is that actionable by the DJT board? If a publication conspires to disparage a company in order to lessen or increase its value is that a crime? Like yelling fire in a crowded theatre when there is no fire... If there is a fire and they can show that then there is no crime right? But if they conspired to yell fire when there was not one then... is that a crime?
