Weird. A lot of us think that murdering innocent infants “goes too far” also. The same little bass turds who called Vietnam vets “baby killers” are now actually brutally murdering them every day as they innocently are trying to be born. Pro abortion maggots can go to hell.

The court is not a legislature. The ruling just held that the law still exists. It does not bar the legislature from changing the law.

Excellent observation. I talk about this from time to time, and now they “care” about American babies and the mothers whom bring them life in our country, yet they welcome pregnant or expecting illegals into our nation without any resistance.
Also, be expected to hear about this crap for months to come because liberals have nothing else to bring up but this garbage, you know, because it’s an election year.

If that law is there—SUCK IT UP!
How do you choose to not enforce something, legally, if it was formally rule as “legal?”
Idiots.

An upthread poster had it right… the 21st century legislators were guilty of poorly written legislation. I suspect some already knew that but kept their mouths shut hoping for the current outcome and its aftermath,"Its aftermath" includes:
- Media, including DNC and AZ ads, blaming Trump for what the AZ court ruled
- Some AZ GOP legislators trying to repeal the old law as a result, others (including dems?) voting against repeal
- TDS posters here blaming Trump for his criticism of the old law
Which were they hoping for?

the people have spoken on abortion. The people of Arizona spoke on abortion in 1864. They're going to speak again in 2024. They'll be saying something differently.
