Because of the AZ SC ruling, predictably the DNC is hoping that, after a strong dose of scaremongering ads, (which the media would like to pretend is "news"), Biden will win the state in Nov. The dem AZ AG promised to refuse to enforce the law. That may actually help Trump, who publicly criticized that law.

In the AZ legislature, GOP legislators are trying to repeal the law. If they do vote to repeal it, I'll bet dem gov Hobbs would like to veto the repeal so she would have something to b**** about, but that would be too stupid. AZ has other insane old laws on the books.

I hope the AZ GOP does something right for a change and repeals it. I’m not holding my breath, but it would be nice to see. And it would be nice to see the signing ceremony with Hobbs forcing a smile and pretending to be happy about signing the bill into law.
