April 10 (Reuters) - Allowing Ukrainian convicts to serve in the military came a step closer on Wednesday as lawmakers approved a first reading of a bill designed to help replenish and rotate troops exhausted after two years of war with Russia. The bill envisages prisoners who join the army becoming eligible for parole. Those convicted of crimes against humanity, sexual violence, murder or crimes against national security would not be allowed to serve, lawmaker Oleksiy Honcharenko said on Telegram.

Apparently, the Russian cons made decent enough Wagner storm troopers. If I were as desperate as Z is, I’d have done it earlier than now.
Ukrainians would be better off retraining the officer Core away from the old soviet tactics/strategies that & start publicly hanging those who skim aid money for new wing on their dacha.

You have to realize St Z is operating under collective Western orders. His welfare payments are on condition he pushes the Gay, Gay marriage, Trans, LGXY, etc…filthy agenda.
Vlad had tremendous success offering his prison population “ redemption “, the West will never adopt any of Vlads ideas.
