Seems these student loan forgiveness schemes aren't the magic dog biscuit Biden thinks he can throw to these voters and have them instantly love him.
I'll hazard a guess that young voters are more interested in having an actual future than being on the receiving side of an obvious election-year pander that might get overturned by the courts anyway.
Because maybe some of them realize they are just being bought off and it wont work..besides, the majority of those young people are pro hamas and biden even though he’s pro hamas he isn’t pro hamas enough..now if Biden screamed out death to israel, death to america they would support him again
If he tells them there’s loan forgiveness then they do the admin and research- which they hate more than anything in their lives, to find out is a 1 to 5% break on their out of freaking control tuition bill, which may never happen but will take more admin and probing applications, talking to their parents, their abandoning fathers with all their questions and complaints, then he’s an instant creeper.

Where’s all those lawyers who file suits over Presidential actions that are illegal….. 🧐🧐🧐…. (In a whispering voice) “President Biden’s a Democrat”…. Oh, never mind….
It was a really bad miscalculation on the Dems part.................
as the article points out in mentioning ‘employable majors’ - those with degrees in ‘underwater gender alterations’ and other such non lucrative fields are very likely to be among Biden’s voting base already. The vast majority of other people in the target age group either get zero or negative benefit from this.
The loan forgiveness ain’t what they think it is.

I know people with student debt. They didn’t receive anything.
They put this out every 4 years. and then “oops... the courts stopped it”
Young voters will have to pay Biden’s debt and interest on the debt for the rest of their lives.
Politico? Pfffft.
Maybe they just learned their lesson last time.
They promised college loan forgiveness, sent the checks.. and then two months after the election, they changed their mind and the students had to fork over that money again…. I remember it.
