Stupid a$$hole!!! The whole point of the Dobbs decision was that this is an issue reserved for the STATES!!! Trump at least has somewhat of an understanding of federalism. Does Linda Gramnesty understand federalism? NO!!!!
Graham is not pro-life.
He just wants to ensure that Trump loses.
Linda doing his best to lose the election again.
Trump must win the election. He already put three anti abortion judges in the Supremes. Leaving abortion up to the states is reasonable.
He’s just been waiting for an opportunity.
Linds loves the feel of fat Fed fingers.
He is doing exactly what he did in 22. Sabotage, he does not care at all about abortion. A traitor through and throgh.
Who cares what a freaking homos says, when he’ll never father a child to begin with.
The woman who killed the Red Wave tries to do it again.
>> Can you please STFU Linda?
That a-hole knows damn well what happened in Kansas 2022.
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
10th Amendment to the Constitution
Graham is helping the democrats win elections.
Who is paying him off?
Cheap for soros
He would be much happier an so would we if he joined ru pauls show
The federalizing of abortion was one of the left’s greatest strategic victories. How many radical leftists Reps. and Senators defeated conservatives on this issue alone, over the years? Trump is right to leave it to the states, now that his SC has returned the issue to them.
Trump did what needed to be done. He took the handcuffs off of pro-lifers. Now it’s up to them to continue the fight at the state level, not take a step backwards. Re-federalizing abortion will backfire on the pro-life movement if it takes place. It would ultimately hurt the country and hurt their cause.
Lindsey Graham must not have read the Constitution. There is nothing in the Constitution that specifically gives any health authority to the Federal Government. Actually, ...
Amendment X (1791)
