The port, the bridge will be down much longer. The only thing to get the port functioning again, is to remove some of the metal debris. The roadway can remain submerged, and the metal debris not obstructing the waterways, can be removed in a less hurried fashion.

Clearing a shipping lane out of that mess shouldn’t take that long.. would expect a month or so at most to do that. Rebuilding the bridge? Whole other story
