These are not anti hate laws but anti defamation laws. And Marek is not going to apologise. His legal fees and defense are provided by Ordo Iuris. If you care to donate, they are a worthy cause.
Tusk’s coalition was supposed to be repudiated in local elections.
Instead, PiS is weaker than ever, and Tusk and his gang still have a national majority.
PiS got 43% in November. So much for their “comeback”.
They might as well bring back ZOMO.

They are vocally conservative socially but leftist, big government economically.
I vote Konfederacja, but in the latest local elections voted for PiS at state level and local independents st lower levels as we didn’t have a Konfederacja choice
Update: Marek is not apologizing to the pro-death folks. And the court has conveniently forgotten about it - they didn’t even say to whom and how he ought to apologize.
