Why shouldn't he be? Has NATO actually done anything to keep him from being paranoid about the growth of NATO in the region? For years NATO took this countries money, the highest amount ever given by any member country, yet NATO has misused the funds it's been given the past 75 years, and not kept NATO readiness up to parr.
