I wouldn’t be too sure he’s going to do these pardons. They put out a trial balloon a few weeks ago that he wouldn’t do them.

Name them....
Name the people or groups that were violent.
Provide video back up, or witness testimony.

If they were smart, they’d take the January 6 and go hard at it. And they would say, ‘He wants to pardon these people who attacked our Capitol,'” Rove said

Pledging to pardon every single of one those persecuted J6ers won’t hurt Trump on iota.

Only a demented RAT or #nevertrumper would try to spin that it isn’t.

None those of those scoundrel politicians were in any danger at all that day. Any whacko thing that happened was instigated by some people in charge of Congress.

“Tokyo Rove is never right about anything.”

Trump too frequently runs his mouth without thinking. He makes statements which may make some of his committed voters happy, but he turns off the people he needs to attract to win in the swing states. He has the votes of the people on this forum who love the red meat he throws at him. Conservatives are not the majority in this country. Trump has to pull moderate Republican and Democrat voters in large numbers in the five swing states to win. His biggest obstacle to being reelected may be the ammunition he gives his opponents.

Not unlike the RINO’s talking about cutting Social Security in an election year. Yes, Social Security needs some tinkering but that can be done once Republicans have a majority in the House and Senate with a Republican president. Talking about making any changes in Social Security during the election season only helps Democrats scare senior voters.

Consider the GOP had the White House and both houses of Congress during George W. Bush’s presidency. Nothing happened with Social Security. During Trumps first two years, the GOP controlled the House and Senate. No legislation to reform Social Security was passed. Why are they talking about it now? Could it be the GOP moderates are willing to throw the 2024 election for Congress and the White House in order to get rid of Trump? If so they are setting up the country for a far left dictatorship.

The 2024 election has the potential to be a major landslide victory for the GOP if the factions of the party will unify to capture Congress and the White House. If the party stumbles along with infighting and stupid errors, it is very possible it will lose both houses of Congress and the White House. It is beginning to appear the GOP is playing to lose.

Oh yes he will pardon them. He has promised that at his rallies.

Trump didn’t put out any trial balloon.

We need that link. Maybe you will provide one.

His quotes are selectively edited, but that's OK with you because Orange Man Bad.

And they would say, ‘He wants to pardon these people who attacked our Capitol,'” Rove said told MSNBC’s Ari Melber.

For those with ears, let them hear.

"Our Capitol™" is like "Our Democracy™" translation: "It's a big club and you ain't in it".

It's not YOUR Capitol, Rove, it's OURS, and it belongs to the Jan 6 people as much as it belongs to you and your filthy friends.

Rove is tiring, he’s starting to be predictable in his analysis, like Larry Sabato.

If Rove is against it, then it’s definitely the right thing to do.

I’m okay with the ‘violent instigators’ part; the were all undercover FBI and other government agitators.

never forget the reason for the left’s treason... a peaceful protest to look into election irregularities.

“Pledging to pardon every single of one those persecuted J6ers won’t hurt Trump on iota.”

I agree that when it comes to the GOP/Trump base that is true.

But we alone may not be enough votes to decide the election if it is very close. Indpendents may become the deciding voters in many districts, and some of them may have a different opinion on the matter than you and I. Trump simply didn’t need to make it an issue at this time. It could be an “unforced error”.

RINO Rove is a critical mistake.

How did we ever let these losers take over the RNC? The Roves, the Bushes, McCain, Romney, Cheney - all of them are enemies of the people. They join the commies across the aisle to destroy our constitutional republic while they smile and tell us they’re helping us.

Republican strategist Karl Rove urged Democrats to “go hard” at former President Trump’s rhetoric ...

If the rest of the article is as contradictory as the first part of this sentence, it is garbage.
