When he says “Come, come, come” is when the other cops specifically opened fire on the girl.
I think because it sounded like the police dog whistle of “Gun, gun, gun!” which is their license to kill trigger phrase.
Proof again that every encounter with law enforcement is a potentially lethal encounter AND that even if you do what they tell you to do they might go ahead and kill you anyway.
It is time to end policing as we know it. They have become the standing army our forefathers warned us about.
End the police, bring back the elected Sheriff as law enforcement everywhere and end laws that infringe on Constitutional Carry rights because armed citizens are safer and more responsible gun owners than any bunch of Killer Kops.

We have a military alphabet where the sounds of each letter are distinct.
Every armed stop should be conducted with one person only giving commands, and those commands being distinct unambiguous sounds.
