The media company that Donald Trump recently took public is suing its co-founders. The lawsuit in Sarasota County, Florida, civil court seeks to bar Wesley Moss and Andrew Litinsky from appointing members to the company’s board — or owning any of its shares. The suit was filed a month after Litinsky and Moss sued Trump Media & Technology Group in Delaware.

From what I’ve read, it was originally their idea to start up Truth Social, which is now supposedly worth billions. How is that a spectacular failure?

Coming out of NBC, I would not trust anything they say. I’d want an independent analysis. TS has obviously grown. The crucial issue is being independent so it can’t be shut down prior to the election.

remember ts’ recent financial report did say the they lost 400+ millions and only made like 4 millions income, which is worst than a single McDonalds franchise.
so if that’s true trump is calling previous rosy outlook for TS being fake news.

Correct. These men breached their obligations and then wanted to benefit from the success. They’ll lose and be gone.
