The last stand of Hamas could lie in the Gazan city of Rafah, where the terror group’s last four battalios remain. The only force stopping Israel from completing Hamas’s destruction is President Biden. Israel faces a dilemma: will it heed Joe Biden’s concerns about the military operation, or do the right thing and eliminate its nemesis?
Biden is pulling out all the stops, going so far as to threaten Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying in recent a televised interview that an invasion of Rafah would be crossing a “red line.” Biden has not used this significant phrase with Iran, North Korea, China, or even Russia – only Israel has been given such a strong ultimatum.

This is in “The Hill”???
Morgan is always not guilty.
Little over 6 months and he’ll be a lame duck: ignore him and wipe the scum out.
Ignore him. Or even better, purposely defy his world destroying edits.
From the border to the sea
Make the Gazans Hamas-free.
That was my reaction.
The Hill published this?!?!?!?!
Just kill them all wherever they are. Gaza, Qatar, Turkey, and be done with in
L
100%
ignore biden and wipe those terrorists off the face of the earth!
Those terrorists haven’t even stopped shooting rockets or released the hostages! Under NO circumstances should Israel stop!
Anyone saying Israel should stop or who wants aid from in to the terrorists..
It no different than if they had demanded the US stop attacking Germany during WW2 and start flying in supplies to the concentration camps that were still gassing jews! We don’t want those Nazi’s going hungry while they gas the jews!
All of these people are EVIL
Religious person originated this:
Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius
(Kill them. For the Lord knows who are His.). That is the origin of the modern phrase: “Kill them all and let God sort them out.”
Controversey over what was actually said but was attributed to the Cisterian abbot Arnaud Amalric replying about the Albigensian Crusade. Prior to the attack on Béziers he had been asked how to distinguish Cathars from Catholics.
I suspect Netanyahu is thinking this way also. Biden is an annoying hemorrhoid. Hamas is cancer.
Problem for Israel now is
1)partly finished job allows Hamas and PLO to regroup and build up rearmament and funding from Iran and others. Then goes on to another bold move to kill more Israelis with Squad and college student demonstrations in their support.
2) Finishing the job makes more fodder for the UN and wimpy peace creeps to opposed Israel and Jews everywhere. AOC: children are forced to eat grass due to Israelis pushing Gaza into hopeless refugee status.
If Israel enters Rafah Egypt would consider it an abrogation of the Camp David accords. Hezbollah has hinted that entering Rafah might compel them to directly intervene. Turkey’s Erdogan will be pressured by its populace to do something. Jordan’s populace is growing increasingly restless. Israel is going to bite off more than it can chew, and the US has insufficient military assets in place to make much of a difference. That’s not even counting world opinion which is already decidedly against Israel calling it a genocide. Israel can do what it wants but it better be prepared to accept the consequences which could very well be catastrophic. These war hawks are all out of their minds as far as I am concerned.
Israel is at war, against HAMAS who orchestrated a surprise attack on Israel.
That began on a day to be remembered, October 7, 2023.
It is war. Not a “police action.” Not a “special military operation.”
So, if you are Turkey, or Egypt, or Jordan, or Syria, or Hezbollah . . . or Joe Biden . . . try to not get too wound up and “feel lucky.”
The “civilians” in Rafah can be given warning to leave because attacks will be coming Then Israeli forces can surround the area, sit back and starve out Hamas. Or burn them out in their tunnels. Those who do not leave have chosen to die with Hamas. So be it.
“These war hawks are all out of their minds as far as I am concerned.”
I feel the same way about you. Insanity would be allowing even the smallest remnants of Hamas to survive. The Gazans have proven over and over again that they will never make peace with Israel.
Wiping them out entirely would be doing the entire world a huge favor.

Wonder how much longer these two will be working at The Hill?
Morgan Ortagus is associated with Trump and perhaps “The Winds Of Change” have reached “The Hill”
As it is Biden wants people to believe he supports Israel and the Palestinians at the same time.
Biden is all about Biden winning re-election.
Netanyahu is one crafty son of a gun his biggest challenge the Leftist AG and High Court forcing the draft onto the religious people in Israel normally exempt.
Bibi trying to negotiate the issue but the Leftists pushing it starting Monday.
This could bring down Netanyahu’s government if he loses the religious parties votes (18 seats).
What kind of war is it when 80% or more of those killed are civilians and very few Hamas destroyed? I’m less concerned with Israel they can do what they want, but if this war goes regional I’m afraid it will make the US appear impotent when they enter to assist Israel. Just like Israel the US has already shown its vulnerabilities and any regional war will have Russia and perhaps China assisting the other side. If we lose, some of those Arab oil producing countries may start to drift in the direction of Russia and China and the BRICS alternative to the West’s financial system leaving us and the rest of the Western countries out of the picture. The Saudis are already accepting non dollar payment for their oil. There’s much more at stake here strategically than just defeating Hamas.
