There is in fact real and unabated change in Miami.
Miami is becoming and may actually already be a new financial capital formed by companies fleeing New York City.
The financial climate in New York is terrible and the Florida business climate is attracting serious corporate movement
When one city has ZERO personal income tax and another has 13%, some people may consider this a reason to move.
When one city has a mayor that protects it's citizens, puts felons in jail and supports it's police and the other gives the middle finger to it's citizens and police and coddles it's criminals, some people may consider that a reason to move.
When one city protects illegal aliens and the other arrests them, some people may consider this a reason to move.
And then there is the beach and the over all wonderful weather {even with the awful globull warming}.
Makes sense to me.
