He looks like someone with a bit more Native American DNA than European Spanish DNA. Nearly all Hispanics are a mix of those 2 ethnic groups-that is why we are called Mestizos-and most Native Americans are a mix of Caucasian/Eurasian/Asian DNA-not Black.
