I think a sober Naval Officer could discern whether the anchor had been dropped or not especially when video was available that showed the deployed anchor.

The video I watched, the narrator pointed out the deployed anchor. Have at it though, to open your show with an erroneous statement, I’m cutting him slack there, smacks of sideshow hucksterism at best and unprofessional at least.
