Moe Mentum is a beyotch.Very much so. I watched the video and there is no definitive angle showing if or when the anchor was dropped, it is currently deployed however.
I hope I don't get a demerit from karen for speaking in a public forum.

The angle of the anchor line / cable would indicate the anchor was dropped before the ship hit the pier. How long B4, no one has reported.
